Additional Design Options

Title/Sub Title/Settings
Click ‘Edit Website Content’>’Title/Subtitle/Settings’

This page will allow you to change the title and add a subtitle to the homepage of your public website. The others settings that can be changed on this page are listing sorting controls, and how many listings are displayed on each listing page.

You will find this link directly beneath the blue tabs at the top of your control panel, called 'Copyright/Footer'. This page will allow you to change the Copyright information at the bottom of your public site. You can also add disclaimer information and/or links that will be displayed at the bottom of all of the pages of your website.

SiteMap Options
Click ‘Edit Website Content’>’Copyright/Footer’

There are 3 site map options offered:

Don't display any SiteMap at the bottom of my website: No site map is displayed.
Display Mini SiteMap at the bottom of my website: The mini-site map displays in a neat and orderly display at the bottom of your website. The site maps link to all the content pages of your website. Any custom pages or custom forms that you add will be automatically added and centered at the bottom of your website.
Display Full SiteMap at the bottom of my website: The full site map displays at the bottom of your website as well. It not only will display links to all of your content pages but it also links to your individual listing as well. The links to your listings include the listing title and price, which will help your listing pages rank better as well.

Navigational Re-Arrangement
Click ‘Edit Website Content’>’Reorganize/Rename Buttons’

You will find this link directly beneath the blue tabs at the top of your control panel, called 'Reoganize/Rename Buttons'. As the name implies, the feature allows you to rename or rearrange the order that the navigational buttons are displayed on your public website. There is a list of all the pages of your website that you have turned on and there current order. To re-arrange the buttons simply type in the position that you would like the button to appear. When you have the format the way you would like it arranged, simply click ‘save menu order’ and then turn ‘ON’ your custom menu (button located at top of list).

Customized Templates
The situation often arises that an agent would like to make small design changes to the template. For example they might want there Logo incorporated into a template and their the colors changed to match their logo. Changes such as this must be done by one of our designers. We realise there are a lot of people out there who have learned to use WYSIWYG web editors such as Dreamweaver and Frontpage, but those are for making static web pages. Our templates on the other hand are special as they consist of live code elements enabling the various features and tools to work in tandem with them, and thus our custom designs department is hands on for all template modifications. The types of changes we can make to a site's template are graphical in nature only, and the usual sort of requests we get are for adding a logo or personal picture into a header, or for recoloring the template to match an agency's branding. We usually charge between $99 and $150 to do these sort of tasks, although each request is given a quote on an individual basis when you speak with our staff. More elaborate requests than these are best discussed directly with our staff.

Custom Forms
Although our sites have many lead generating tools, some clients find the need for special forms to be made to collect specific information from their visitors. Our design team can create and integrate special forms to any our clients’ accounts. Much in the same manner as custom template alterations, we suggest you speak with our staff directly about any sort of form you may be pondering for use on your site. We usually quote people at $99 for forms, although in some cases we have been known to charge more when they get large/elaborate.
