The contact manager collects contact information and e-mail addresses from each lead that you receive from your website. Some of the features of your site that collect information to be stored in the contact manager are-

Adding Contacts
You can easily add contacts to your contact manager manually by clicking the ‘add Contact’ button from your contact manager. Fields for Name, address, city, state, zip and e-mail address can all be stored for later use.
Deleting Contacts
You can remove contacts or bogus contacts from your contact manager by clicking the box next to the contact(s) you want to remove. After you have checked the box click the ‘delete contact’ button.
Sending Mass E-mails
Click Contact Manager> Click ‘Mass E-mail’
You can create beautifully laid out e-mails with our Mass E-mail feature. Simply layout your e-mail in our RTE (Rich Text Editor). Be sure to upload any pictures you are putting in your e-mail. Cutting and Pasting pictures will not work because the actual picture file is located on your computer. Any images will need to be uploaded so your recipients will be able to view them.
Place the Subject of your e-mail in the text box marked “Subject” and click “send mass email” button when you are done composing your marketing letter or holiday greeting.
